Terms and Conditions TERMS AND CONDITIONS Prices All prices listed on our website are exclusive of GST. A 10% GST applies within Australia and will be added to the total of the order. Overseas orders (ex-Australia) are GST free. Freight We deliver with either Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. We will choose whichever offers the quickest and cheapest options for your area. If you prefer we use an alternative freight service, please don''t hesitate to ask. Minimum Order For our wholesale customers we have a minimum order of $100. With your first order we require full payment after which the goods will be despatched (proforma). With subsequent orders you can apply for an account with us (please enquire). Payment Options We accept credit card, cheque or direct debit. For payments by cheque or direct debit please ensure you remit the full total including freight and GST - contact us for this information. The credit cards we accept are Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard. Cheques should be made out to Blue Scarab and posted to 124 Alexandra Ave. Toorak Gardens. Please include business name and invoice number. For payments by direct debit - we can inform you of our account details if you choose this option. In the event that goods arrive in a damaged condition, please notify us and we will promptly arrange for an exchange, or credit your account for those items. We must receive notification within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted for change of mind. |
